Return and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchase arrives defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at VictoryLaneClothingLLC@outlook.com with details of the product and the defect. Please include a photo of the defect in your email.

Upon receipt of your email, we will fully examine the defect any notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment and/or the address on the original order.

Our products are printed on demand and we must consult with the print on demand company for replacements or refunds. Please be patient with the process and understand that we will get back to you as quickly as possible with updates regarding your order.
