Do you offer returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item(s) arrived defective. Please see our return and exchange policy here.

I received a defective item—what do I do?

If your item(s) arrived defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the error. We ask that you notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving the product. In order for us to get a return or exchange processed on a defective item, we must have a photo of the defect. Please email a description and photo of the defect to VictoryLaneClothingLLC@outlook.com.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Cancellations can only be requested for up to one (1) hour after you placed your order. After one (1) hour, your order will be sent to print, and no cancellations can be requested at that point.

Are you going to restock a particular item or size?

We work with a print on demand company, so the availability of our items is affected by what that company has in stock. If an item becomes unavailable, we will work to get the item back in stock as soon as possible. Please note that our designs may change as time passes and we do not guarantee that a design will always be available.

How do I know my size?

If you are wondering what size to order, please view the size chart that can be found in the description of each item. The size chart varies from item to item, so please be sure to double check the size chart when ordering different items.

What do I do if my package says it was delivered, but I can’t find it?

Unfortunately, sometimes packages are lost in the mail, and that is out of our control. We will work with you to correct the issue to the best of our ability. Please contact us as soon as you notice that your package is missing. You can email us at VictoryLaneClothingLLC@outlook.com. After contacting us, your next step should be to double check that the address on your order is correct. If there is an error in the address, notify us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do from our end to correct the address. If your address is correct, please contact your local post office to see if they have any information on your package. If it is found that there is no error on your end or our end, the print on demand company will offer a free replacement of your items. Please note that you must notify us within 30 days of the package “arriving” to be eligible for item replacement.
